A transcript is a complete record of a student’s enrollment at WVU Potomac State College. Partial transcripts are not available.

How to View Transcripts   

Current students may view their unofficial transcripts within STAR after logging into the WVU Portal. 

Click on Student Services and Housing, then Student Records, and then Academic Transcript. Please note this unofficial transcript is not available while grades are being processed. Once grades are available, the link will become visible again.  

How to Order Official Transcripts   

WVU Potomac State College has retained Parchment to accept online transcript orders. We offer electronic delivery by PDF only. Paper copies are not available at this time.
